Living at Midmain Loft feels like living in a city yet domesticated and simple at the same time.People with dogs and cats treat their pets kindly and gently.Maintenance does superb performance.Seven years of living here is more than enough to say that it is good.So good that even my package that got lost last January 2026,I get to retrieve yesterday.If not being the best,I hope Midmain Loft remains good all the time.Kudos to Manager Kridti Hamann and Staff!

A solid 6/10. Located on the rail, you have access to most of Houston’s hotspots, a great layout/floor plan, and very few kids on property is what you get in exchange for terrible parking, having to use the stairs or using ONE elevator for the entire property, and living across from countless unhoused individuals.

We like everything about living here with the exception of our elevator not working for months now and the cleanliness of the outside of the apartments. The walkways and walls need to be power washed.

Great place to stay! It’s walkable from everything and the people here are very nice! My only Con with staying here is that the elevator on the Holman and Travis side has been down for more than 6 months. And the ac in the residence community room has been down for awhile too. Other than that it’s a great space

Mid main lofts is dirty and has roaches. The elevators been broken for over 3 months straight. When I ask when it’s going to be fixed no one has an answer. I would give zero stars if I could

We appreciate your patience and feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. Regarding the elevators, we understand how disruptive the ongoing repairs have been. Unfortunately, the delays have been due to parts availability and extensive repairs required by the elevator contractor. While we do not control the repair timeline, we continue to work closely with the vendor and push for the quickest resolution possible.
