    We like everything about living here with the exception of our elevator not working for months now and the cleanliness of the outside of the apartments. The walkways and walls need to be power washed.

    Great place to stay! It’s walkable from everything and the people here are very nice! My only Con with staying here is that the elevator on the Holman and Travis side has been down for more than 6 months. And the ac in the residence community room has been down for awhile too. Other than that it’s a great space

    Mid main lofts is dirty and has roaches. The elevators been broken for over 3 months straight. When I ask when it’s going to be fixed no one has an answer. I would give zero stars if I could

    I had a very positive experience renting this apartment. The communication was excellent—any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and clearly. The leasing process was also very efficient; the contract was reviewed and finalized much faster than I expected, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.     Quick and smooth transition when moving in! Staff is responsive and helpful. Grounds are kept clean, the studios are thoughtfully built to include all the necessities while also feeling spacious, Amazon Hub is utilized making it easy to receive packages. The building is designed so that amenities and visibility from the street isn’t visible for a sense of privacy in the middle of midtown.
