December 17, 2019I have lived in many apartments and this is hands down the worst managed complex i have ever lived in. They say they are smoke free and they are not at all..the manager doesn't care if renters are smoking in their apartments and they wont even care to return your calls...when curtis managed the property there were never issues like this but he also lived on property. Now we don't even have a manager that soley manages this property they work at another property that is all the way in Lavista. Do ...not move hereProperty Manager Responded
December 19, 2019We are so sorry to hear this! We have reached out many times regarding the "smoke smell" and have determined that it is the apartments surrounding you cooking food. We have also done many things to help the situation. We also have to take in consideration that this is apartment living and you could hear and smell things that go on in the apartments around you. We also would like to remind you that we do have staff that lives on site so if you ever have any issues we can try to resolve them the best way we can. Thank you! :)
