Horrible owners, the dumpsters are always full, there’s not line for parking so parking sucks, the hallways are disgusting. Poorly maintained overall. Not worth it.

Lived here for 4yrs…very poorly managed & not well maintained. Owner and manager are never available, dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing and they take forever to fix things. Rent raises annually & you get fined for everything. Vince is great, tho.

I will start by saying that the apartment size is wonderful and for the most part could be a great apartment if you didn't have to deal with the management/landlord. Now to the not so wonderful things. The landlord was frustrating from the beginning since he was penny pinching and micro managing something that should have been fixed before I even moved into the unit. When I moved in there was a crack on the bottom of the tub (that they somehow didn't find on inspection, but I did). They hired ...
someone to "fix it". The crack was no longer a crack, but a huge bulge in the middle of the tub floor. I lived there for a year and a half and they NEVER FIXED THIS, even after multiple requests by me and the former office manager. Once it was decided that we couldn't stay there, we looked elsewhere and notified the landlord of this. He offered a lower floor apartment for us to move into, but he would treat it as if I was moving in brand new (not already a tenant) including making us pay all of the usual up-front costs (deposit, etc.) just to move for something he never fixed. We moved elsewhere and left our apartment spotless. Now, 6 months later, we have received a bill for almost $500 (after using our $500 deposit) for cleaning our unit after we left. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT AN APPROPRIATE AND HELPFUL LANDLORD!!

Terrible Management

Would highly avoid. Landlord fired the office manager around December 2017 and has gone downhill. Had a disruptive upstairs neighbor that office manager was taking care of before being fired. The landlord promised for 3 months that he would take care of it and make a decision if they were being disruptive or not and never did. Would keep saying next week over and over. Also been moved out for over a month and still no return of the security deposit. Landlord will give excuses after excuses.

The owner promised a lake...landscaping...more garages --- has not happened and probably is never going to happen.
The grounds are awful. The upkeep horrible. The driveways are cracked and have been for years. If you don't mind the outdoor eye sores then the apartments themselves are decent. I appreciated The apartment manager who was nice and helpful but I left when my one year lease was up.

I've been here 13 years and am still very happy with it. Utilities are very low because it is so well insulated and that also means it is very quiet.
The neighborhood is very safe and the apartments are well designed, large and modern.
