Life at Midtown 205 Has Been Hell
June 11, 2025Where do I even start? Can I simply say that since I've moved here, my wife and I's lives have been made miserable. Car break ins, weed smoke in the hallways constantly, crazy loud people outside our window all hours of the night, and cops busting someone all the time right next door. The fire alarms are often, random, and insanely loud to the point that I may have hearing loss and I fear what it's doing to my poor pets. An incredible list of junk fees that are mandatory, and none (and I mean ...NONE) of the amenities are kept up. They've failed on their promise to open the pool by Memorial Day and I doubt it will even be read for the 4th of July. Life here has been HORRIBLE. I strongly advise you to RUN from this place. It is not safe, it is not comfortable, and you will be jerked around by the management and maintenance team from the day you sign to the day you leave. I've had to absolutely fight the staff here for the bare minimum. Truly such a bad place to live.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2025My husband and I sold our townhome in Cotswold in 2021during the wild sellers market. We knew we wanted to buy in this area…but wanted to wait since it was truly a sellers market. This apartment was supposed to be temporary. Neither of us is handy…so whatever needs to be done within our home, we always had to hire someone…..the maintenance here has always been top notch. In a nutshell…the thought of home ownership soon was a fleeting thought. We are boomers and are completely happy here. December 4, 2024I enjoy my apartment, the amenities, garage access and the cleanliness of the property. As a tenant of a couple of months, many features of the apartment weren’t discussed. The light on the balcony, not near the area, the cooling and heating remote wasn’t explained and when I took it downstairs to ask for explanation, no one could explain. Maintenance was called to explain. It was not shared that there is not a communication system for guest visiting…no bell. a guest must use there phone to ...call a tenant and the tenant must go downstairs to let the guest in the building. October 14, 2024The location of Midtown 205 is perfect. Absolutely no complaints when it comes to accessibility to Uptown and the surrounding neighborhoods. My experience working with the Assistant Manager has been stellar. My apartment unit is comfortable, however the windows that were installed have zero capability of blocking out the noise level coming from the street. I don't suspect there is a remedy for this issue, but if there is, I would greatly appreciate this matter being rectified.Property Manager Responded

Do not waste your money here
August 24, 2024It is a great location but the building is not well maintained. A lot of leeking from different areas of the apartment, they tried to fix it but the water keeps on dripping after some time. More molds, and the smell of the floor is disgusting. Seriously need to fix the whole building. The management is poor, for it seems the only matter to them is the money they can get to the renters. No considerations at all. Poor costumer service. Don't Move Here
August 14, 2024Constant "renovations" resulting in insane noise levels. Renovations can only be done during business hours, so good luck working from home. Allows AirBnB rentals, but never notified residents. The AirBnB clientele aren't ran through a stringent background check, so enjoy feeling like you're in a hotel. Security is none, I think they have 4 cameras on the property total (only 1 on the first level of a 5 level parking garage which has been broken into before). Who knows if these cameras even work. ...Door are constantly broken allowing entry to anyone who pleases! I don't feel safe walking from my apartment to other locations in the building due to lack of security. Says they are a smoke-free community, but the smell says different. Had a cigarette dropped on me from above while at the pool this summer. I would never recommend living here to anyone. Leaving as soon as my lease is up. Much better places nearby that are the same price range. Don't let their prices or deals fool you, there's a good reason why they have to have AirBnBs and corporate units to make up for units they can't fill. January 5, 2024Midtown 205 is in a GREAT location. However, the building and it's security { car break ins} is a big issues. Also, the overall cleanliness of the building is POOR unless you are on the first floor. Cable service is POOR, WIFI connection is POOR and these are all services that are included in your rent that you have no option to opt out or change to a better product.
