Usually quiet, with great maintenance
July 13, 2020I've been here for several months now and am very happy. Neighbors are friendly, noise is a minimum, and management seems committed to helping whenever possible. Maintenance guy is terrific. Always eager to solve problems. The online payment system is a bit screwy, so I recommend that fellow tenants avoid it if possible.Review from Apartments.com

We are sorry you feel the communication with management is foggy, please feel free to contact the Leasing Office if you feel there are issues that need to be addressed with staffing or inside your apartment. Midtown 250 has begun updating all of our apartments with items such as new appliances, countertops, light fixtures, new flooring etc. If you are interested in transferring into an updated apartment we would be happy to assist you in doing so, we strive to keep our prices affordable with rates as low as $599.00 and up to $610.00 per month (depending on current specials). Please call or email the office if you would like to discuss an onsite transfer in further detail. We would love to hear from you.

Do not do it
January 6, 2016From reading the reviews below me it makes me seem like the office probably did those reviews because me personally I hate it here. It's in a very convenient location but on an extremely noisy Street. The office has no communication especially with maintenance you have to really be on their case about everything for you to be up-to-date with what's going on with your own apartment, they don't even leave a note or anything eventually they left me a note after like the 10th time with me trying to ...get something fixed. When I first moved in the cabinets were disgusting my paint wasn't done basically had to find somewhere to stay until they finished my apartment even though it was promised to be finished by my moving in date which it wasn't. Is not up-to-date apartments of course you don't have a dishwasher or the washer and dryer but they do have a washhouse which Is small and you can never really get a washing machine. October 7, 2015Recently moved into midtown 250 so far I absolutely love it! Laundry and pool on site. There are a lot of nice residents here and they are very respectful and quiet at night.
