Stayed at Grandview for a year for school and never had any problems. Nice, brand new apartment and appliances. Utilities and rent were together so I didn't have to keep track of several different bills. Office staff was always pleasant when I needed something or just picking up a package. Would definitely recommend this place if you need to be close to school or work.

Yes, it's an old building, so every once in a while you may smell cigarette smoke from the tenant below you (not much anyone can do about that), or the neighbor cooking bacon in the morning...(yum). Yes, you may hear the neighbor close or open their door but what do you expect living in an apartment building? This place is huge! The apartments are so nice and have been renovated recently so it's like ...

you're in a brand new apartment. The office staff is always so nice and inviting and will try their best to accommodate you if there is an issue. My kitchen sink got clogged once and the maintenance guy was up right away to fix it. I've lived in many apartment buildings and this one by far is my favorite!! This is a property within one block to St Louis University. The property is under new management. The studio and one bedroom apartments are great for couples or singles. I previewed one of the studio apartments today at Grandview and they are amazing! They are completely renovated with brand new cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances. The new management really cares about their tenants and has created a very peaceful environment to live in. These apartments are in a great location being right next to St. Louis University's campus. If you are ever in the area I highly suggest stopping by these apartments to take a look!
