March 9, 20216 years later and I'm resigning my lease again!!! I love this place. The staff, the neighbors, the quickness of getting my maintenance requests in, the raffles and prizes ( I love winning)... located in Mid-Town for a great price point. Thank you, Tanglewood!!! When I moved in the reviews of Tanglewood weren't great, but I visited a lot of the other apartments in the area and wasn't impressed. When I visited Tanglewood I had such a good experience with the office manager that I decided to give ...it a chance. It was definitely the right choice! Having the property manager Ms. Marilyn living in the community is a plus as she can see what residents are seeing (both bad and good) and can implement changes where needed. Maintenance is top-notch. Mike is very responsive and the turnaround time is good. I take my hat off to our maintenance person he will go up and beyond the call of duty! BE AWARE
July 19, 2017THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS MOLD!!! IN EVERY SINGLE UNIT!!! WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE UNIT YOU CAN SMELL IT! THEY PAINT OVER IT WHEN A NEW RESIDENT COMES. BUT AFTER A LITTLE BIT OF TIME IT BREAKS THROUGH THE PAINT.. IT'S ALSO INFESTED WITH RATS! THE RATS DO NOT LET YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT SCRATCHING THE WALLS. THE MANAGERS EXCUSE FOR THIS IS A BIG SEWER WAS LEFT OPENED BY MISTAKE AND ALOT OF RATS GOT OUT CAUSING EVERY APARTMENT IN LITTLE ROCK TO BE INFESTED. SHE SAYS THAT SHE HAS RATS IN HER UNIT. SHE ...ALSO STATES THAT SHE WAS WATCHING TV WITH HER BOYFRIEND AND SAW A RATS NOSE COME OUT OF THE CABLE HOLE IN THE WALL. THIS APARTMENT HAS ALL UTILITIES PAID BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!! I HAVE HAD SO MANY OF MY THINGS RUINED FROM THE MOLD. I HAVE WENT TO THE DOCTOR BECAUSE OF IT. MY MOM CAME TO TOWN TO VISIT AND LEFT SICK. MY NEIGHBOR CONSTANTLY COMPLAINS ABOUT HER COUGHING BECAUSE OF IT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I HAVE SO MANY PICTURES AND VIDEOS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 24, 2015The apartments are nice and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors are friendly and observant. Overall nice place. I would suggest, outside and inside renovations to make the apartment and appliances up-to-date. You can't beat the price though for all ultities paid for.Review from Apartments.com
