We have lived here over 3 years and have loved it! The maintenance dept is ALWAYS ALWAYS very available my neighbors are courteous and wow what a view we have! The interiors have been redone and done well! So I recommend this property 100%!

You Don't Want to Live Here.

The noise is terrible. The walls are like paper. I can hear every song my neighbors play. And it sounds like the roof is caving in every time the upstairs neighbors walk or move a chair. I was told that U was getting a fully renovated unit (untrue).Maintenance requests take 2-3 weeks. Hot water issues.galore. The office managers seem to have confusions in communication on a regular basis. My bathroom smells like mold and has obvious water damage. 12 months can't come soon enough. It's so ...
disappointing that I paid almost $2k to start up at such a place. I wanted to cry when I first saw the unit, but I'd just moved across the country and didn't have any other option at the time. I'm already planning my move out. 11 months!

Love living here

I absolutely love living here. It is safe, secure, and QUIET!!! Everything is newly renovated so its just like living in a brand new apartment. The management cares about the residents and does everything they can to make everybody happy. There is a full time maintenance guy so if something breaks it gets fixed the same day.

On May 1st, 2017 we moved out of Brentwood after living there for 2 1/2 years. Under old ownership Charter managed it. There was no maintenance of this complex for many years though the staff was nice. Under new ownership as of January 2017 and a beginning of renovation, the new owners DID NOT keep their word with the renters. Renters have been pressed to move out. They have proven themselves to not be right or trustworthy as to keep their word. I do not recommend them. Nadine Ward
