Midtown Grove offers a welcoming and well-maintained community with a great balance of comfort and convenience. The management team is responsive and supportive, especially the lady in leasing office namely Christy Torres. The environment feels safe, friendly, and thoughtfully designed for residents. It has been a genuinely pleasant place to live.

I have lived at Midtown Grove for about a month and so far I am loving it here! I appreciate that maintenance is quick to respond. Ashley at the leasing office is also a joy and is responsive to any questions I may have. My only "complaint" is the fitness center needs an upgrade on equipment and it is a small room. Otherwise I love it here!

I moved in to Midtown Grove 2 years ago and so far its the best decision I have made since moving back to Houston. Gated community, valet trash, stainless steel appliances and very spacious for a 1 bedroom. If you are looking for an apartment in the midtown area I recommend Midtown Grove hands down.
