    This is my second apartment and after previously having a bad experience I can say this place is awesome! Management is quick to respond and gets any maintenance or other needs repaired the next day. It’s a great location and my apartment is beautiful, will definitely be renewing my lease!

    Maintenance is what matters

    One thing I've learned since living here is that this is definitely MIDTOWN. These are 100 year old buildings that are kept historic and really vintage like but I really like it and don't often experience "the old" inconveniences due to the amazing maintenance here. Seriously, I've lived in different apartments for the last 15 years and the maintenance here is same day or next day. Doesn't get better than that.
