Not worth it

Cons: Since management switched hands, everything but the rent has gone downhill. First, they raised our rent (and everybody else we talked to) around $75 in 2021. Now at the beginning of 2022, they want another $85 increase. Their reasons being how the property was worth so much more, and being under sold. water being cloudy and gross. Hot tub never opened, and looked like a literal toilet until they just covered it up. Parking lot is full of potholes, underground parking and the elevator area are filthy, and it doesn't look like the ritzy place they seem to think it is. Looking at their prices for new renters, let me tell you, this place isn't worth it.
Pros: No pet fee, decent but outdated workout area, nice neighborhood, great walking path and parks within waking distance.
