    January 21, 2022
    Cons: Since management switched hands, everything but the rent has gone downhill. First, they raised our rent (and everybody else we talked to) around $75 in 2021. Now at the beginning of 2022, they want another $85 increase. Their reasons being how the property was worth so much more, and being under sold. All they've done so far is raise the rent, and paint the doors. A huge draw for this place is the pool and hot tub. Summer of 2021 the pool opened late, and kept having to close due to the ...
    water being cloudy and gross. Hot tub never opened, and looked like a literal toilet until they just covered it up. Parking lot is full of potholes, underground parking and the elevator area are filthy, and it doesn't look like the ritzy place they seem to think it is. Looking at their prices for new renters, let me tell you, this place isn't worth it. Pros: No pet fee, decent but outdated workout area, nice neighborhood, great walking path and parks within waking distance.

  • Starting down a bad path

    Having lived here several years, I was at first very impressed with both the staff and fellow residents. However, as a new property manager has taken over, the quality has started going downhill. Basic maintenance is overlooked, new residents are problematic, and overall staff has become rude and disheartening. There have been several reported thefts with no assistance in security upgrades. Several upper level balconies have started to fall. The new property manager mixes up maintenance requests, ...

    We lived at Midtown Terrace for 3 years. We are a family of four with 2 cats, and there is plenty of room in the 2 bed 2 bath and loft. The management is very responsive to any maintenance requests . The buildings are quiet and secure. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center, and occasionally community gatherings. Underground parking is great in the winter, and they always have the walks and driveways cleaned off and salted. Free cat sitting when you are away, saves money on boarding costs. 10 out ...

    We came to Midtown Terrace after selling our home, so we were definitely worried about adjusting back to apartment living. As it turns out, there was nothing to worry about. We have really enjoyed living at Midtown Terrace. The office and maintenance staff are great and very responsive to anything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a beautiful park and pond adjacent to the complex. The pool and fitness room are nice and well taken care of as are all of the common areas. We also ...
    love that we can reserve the clubhouse (for free) and have a bunch of our friends over to watch a game without having to have everyone in our apartment.     The apartments are pretty modern with a fairly open floorplan. The appliances aren't brand new, but they aren't that old either. The staff is helpful and will work with you on issues. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location is great, close to a target and grocery store as well as the mall and several restaurants. Tons of options within a 5-10 minute drive is great. They will also allow dogs, which is kind of difficult to find in Madison. There is a big park with a trail behind the ...
