I really like to live here, every time I call maintenance they come in no more than 2 days. March 25, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I moved in (2018), it started out well. Very good price, office staff was professional and considerate, maintenance was excellent. It was great to move into a brand-new apartment as well. However, from 2018 – until I moved out in 2021, the security gates and parking were a mess -- poor planning with not enough spots for the residents. And the gate was subpar and not user friendly. I spent most of my time trying to explain to my guests and delivery people on how to get through the gate. And ...whomever came up with that particular kind of keyless lock on the front door should be fired. I spent over 6 months with maintenance calls of my door not working. Maintenance would change the battery each time and I kept insisting that it was not the battery. They continued to ignore my requests to replace the lock. Finally, someone changed the lock after over 6 months of me calling for maintenance because I couldn't lock my door at the most inconvenient times. Each year, service got worse as rent increased. After they opened back up after COVID, it really got worse. Each maintenance request required 3 steps 1) submitting a request online, 2) then calling the office MULTIPLE times, 3) then finally going to the office before someone would come to my apartment for simple maintenance requests. The property manager is unprofessional and inconsiderate and really it is not a surprise that her office staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Then when I moved out, I had my apartment professionally cleaned at my expense, did the walk-through with a maintenance guy and he gave me the all-clear however, I still got bogus expenses taken out of my security deposit. There was absolutely no damage to my apartment and it was beyond clean from top to bottom. The rent they charge is not worth it! I am HAPPY that I moved out of there. I just wish I had done it sooner. DO NOT under any circumstances move here. Find somewhere else to stay. There are better apartments with better prices and service. September 18, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe complex is clean, pool is clean, team is very nice and help you out whatever you ask. My apartment is beautiful and new, the appliances are new as well. The only bad thing here is neighbors who don’t clean up after their dogs, with the Miami heat you kind smell poop everywhere near the grass… Otherwise, it is very pleasant to live here. Sure, there’s a little noise and sometimes the gates act up, but the management team is on it right away. I’ve even seen them stand out to assist people at the gates until 10-11 PM. With this COVID-19 situation, people without work, and they increase the rent... Although it is not my case, it hurts !!!! I know how this works, it's all about the market and trust me, their prices are way, way above the market...The community doesn't really worth that much money $$$$. I have to move and I sent the form letting them know, that I'm leaving by the 12th of next month, and they have ...the guts to demand that I pay the full month without living the property... Incredible !!! What a lack of respect !!!!!! It is a nice complex with horrible, awful management. And trust me, when it comes to renting, especially in these rental communities, the attention you get from management and maintenance is very, very important. Waste of money & Time !
July 14, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comPoor Quality appliances(rusting already) I been here four months and can’t wait to leave!! So many reasons why.. 1. There is no assigned parking you would have to pay an extra $125 a month! I literally spend 30 minutes to find parking when I come home from work. And if you do find parking,someone double parks. 2.Valet Garbage suppose to come 8p more like 1am; have the nerve to give you a fine if your trash is out before 7. 3.There is no security guard at the front gate,so the guest line is in ...the street 4. Management is so RUDE ! When you call they are always on lunch break or ‘pretend’ so they don’t handle a situation. 5. ROACH INFESTED! They have pest control which who only spray around the stove.. you can even see the roaches in the hallway.. 6.PACKAGES are stolen from front doors. Community is so big Fedex or ups gets lazy and give your packages to any door in the building just to say they ‘delivered’. I would advise to get everything delivered to next of Kins house or P.O. Box anywhere but Mila ! this property asking for too much money for the Quality and service from management! I can’t wait to leave ! Can’t come fast enough. Amazing place
June 20, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comMoved in mid- April, and it was the best decision I've made. This place is quiet, clean and the neighbors are friendly. The amenities are nice to have, the pool is huge and the gym is good for a quick workout. We have a very responsive valet trash team, they pick up almost daily on time. The apartment itself is very nice looking, modern, stylish and very cozy. My wife loves our new apartment, she recommends it to co-workers frequently. Make sure to always be vigilant when you go on trips and make friends with your neighbors so they can keep an eye out on your apartment.
