For transportation all throughout Miami Beach, you can also take the free trolley that runs down to Mid and South Beach. There are also bike lanes and walking paths along the beach. With two major airports near North Miami Beach, it's an easy city to fly in and out of. Miami International Airport, near Downtown Miami, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, which is about 40 minutes away are the two that people travel from.

Traffic can be a bit of a hassle in Miami Beach in general and all throughout Miami. US Route 1 and Highway 95 both border North Miami Beach, running North and South through the city. If you work in Downtown Miami, it’s only going to take 26 minutes to get there without traffic. During the rush hours, it’s going to be 45-60 minutes. If you want to travel to South Beach, you can take scenic and famous Collins Avenue all the way there in about 20 minutes.
