NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT BUILDING

Where do I begin? Between hearing noise at all hours of the night due to the paper thin ceiling with no insulation, security gate being broken for two months (elderly neighbor’s car was stolen too), pool being ripped up and not completed going on 6 months now, trash lying around everywhere, endless construction noise for 8+ months, poor management response time, and my bathroom ceiling collapsing in on itself (management took a day and a half to respond to the emergency), it has been an utter ...
dumpster of an apartment building to live in. FPI management has demonstrated its gross negligence and lack of regard for tenants numerous times. I wish I could post pictures on here to depict how truly awful this apartment building has been under new management.

The worst. FPI Management took over about a year ago and its an unmitigated disaster. Dirty filthy building, broken doors, security gates, and noisy beyond belief. Maintenance requests go ignored. Currently having an emergency and its impossible to reach anyone, I'm guessing that's the way they want it. Water began leaking from bathroom ceiling on Friday. management said a handyman would be coming by, and true to form, no one showed up. Fast forward to Saturday 4pm, ceiling is now collapsing ...
presenting a serious situation. Management has just now returned my emergency calls, 5:30pm. Again they said someone should be here to look at the issue. Looking ain't gonna fix this. The water leak has now spread to the hallway ceiling and the carpet is soaked. Standing water for 2 days now. Mold now becomes an issue which I'm sure they will ignore. FPI Management only care about their overpriced rent being paid on time. Please take my advice and stay well clear of any FPI managed properties!!

A very embarrassed current tenant here. We used to (when it was still Coldwater Continental) have cleaners that maintained the property daily. But with FPI Management/Mila, the front lawn looks like a literal litter box for dogs. You'll always find trash ranging from weed pen containers to dumped furniture that'll live on the sidewalk for forever. I feel bad for new tenants, current tenants and most especially the elderly that have lived here for 15+ years. FPI Management/Mila you turned this ...
