December 24, 2025The Milano is in one of the City of Torrance's best locations (west Torrance) - Close to gas stations, eating places, grocery stores, and shops, close to the beach, close to two area high schools, and a few elementary schools. The Milano and nearby apartments are also surrounded by nicely kept neighborhoods, in a low crime part of the South Bay. Tenants are nearly always quiet, there is a blend of everyone here, and, for animal lovers, dogs and cats have always been allowed, although there are ...some restrictions on dog sizes and breeds. Dogs and cats are mostly quiet. Having two large laundry rooms is a big plus for those of us who came from previous apartment complexes with tiny laundry rooms with few washers and dryers.Property Manager Responded

They also provide the best solution to any problems that I’ve had. All the work is done properly the first time and they don’t take shortcuts. Which I appreciate because they take their time fixing things preventing a future maintenance request for the same issue. Good laundry facilities, and almost all units have either a private balcony or patio.
