i only lived at this complex for 2 months and there were cockroaches everywhere!! owners and landlord are extremely unprofessional and not worth the “cheap” rent unless you like cockroaches in your bed and crawling out the wall outlets!

A great find. You can't tell from the outside but most of the inside including the rooms have been remodeled in the last few years. Not only is the rent fair but all the utilities are included making it a great value. The owners always seem to be working on something to improve the building. It's a short block to the Cal-Train station which works out perfect for my job in San Jose too.

Milias Apartments was a great find. I couldn't afford so many places. I had to go to Gilroy from San Jose to find something within my price range. Rent included utilities which is $150 value. This apartment is clean and newly renovated. The manager was very kind and helpful. It is centrally located with easy freeway access. The entire building is in mission style- the lobby is beautiful. I would highly recommend this place.
