Their maintenance team is awful. Everything in my apartment is broken. I can’t use my kitchen sink because it will not drain. The doors are literally falling off the hinges. Needs to be totally renovated. When my lease is up, I will be rushing to get away from here.genuinely traumatized because this was my first research. Please do not research and MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

ROACHES

Be aware that though the prices are good, they have a lot of complexes that are infested with roaches! I have been living here since December of 2019 and I struggle everyday with fighting the urge to break my lease! The roaches leave but ALWAYS come back. They also are not the best when it’s comes to maintenance.

They Will Be Getting an App from Me

I made a list of several complexes in the Whitehaven area to check out. Mill Creek was very easy to find coming off I-55. I was greeted by a security guard who actually stopped each car before opening the gate. He gave me directions to the leasing office. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the rental office. The took the time to tell me which unit types were available, explain the specials, and the application process. The complex seems to have a variety of tenants from a variety of ethnic ...
and socioeconomic backgrounds. The only things I didn't like was little outdoor privacy (patios open or only partially gated) and only having one way in and out. Overall, I think this will be a great place to start my Memphis journey.

In my building,there is a huge kitchen area for those that like to cook. The living room area is of ok size as well as the bedroom. The closets are walk-in in the bedroom, which is really nice too. There are no cable cords that run into the bedroom, at least not in my apartment. The bathrooms are a really nice size and there is plenty of counter space and drawers for anything you need to store. The staff have been very nice and maintenance has quickly responded to my requests.

The office workers are very polite as well. They are very prompt at seeing about issues that may arise.
