Very nice complex

Quiet, professional and clean!
June 11, 2021To start off with the location is amazing. You could walk to just about anywhere you needed. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. What sets this community over the top is the management team on site, Mary and Will; They are so nice and will do everything in their power to make sure that you're taken care of here. I've lived in my fair share of complexes throughout my lifetime, and Mill Creek Flats has by far been the best.Property Manager Responded

Don’t Even Bother
February 19, 2020They say believe half of what you hear, but I’ll be the first to tell you I should’ve believed the several people that told me not to give Mill Creek a chance. Apartment is outdated & the insulation was the worst part leaving the electric bill through the roof. Had an ant problem in the apartment by the front door since the first week while paying for pest control every month. I never really felt welcomed by Mary Ann, and they fired the only employee that treated us like actual people. My advise ...would be there are plenty of other apartments in the area offering better accommodations and kind service. :)Property Manager Responded

A GREAT COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN...
February 5, 2019love this community for so many reasons. One of which is our manager Mary Ann. She and the entire Mill Creek Flats staff work hard to make this a desirable community in which to live. Reasonable rent. Excellent maintenance staff. Adequate parking. Decent lighting. The grounds are kept nicely. Minimum noise, very quiet area. Spacious living. It's great having an area where we can clean our vehicles. The clubhouse is beautiful. The pool is nice. I love the new gym area, it is nice. There are many ...picnic tables and barbecue grills and play areas for the kids as well as a bark park for your dogs. I appreciate having a washer and dryer in my apartment. I love the remodeled countertops. I think it's great that the patio doors are on an angle and open up to the balcony or patio. Anytime I have a maintenance issue they are here within hours not days and they really care about taking care of every issue. Over all, Mill Creek Flats is a great place to live and I truly enjoy being here. I will be renewing my lease next month. September 24, 2016I agree with the review .I will not renew my lease. The appliances need to be updated. I have put in a maintenance request for my stove so many times and all they do is order parts for it and it's still not working good. Now the self clean don't work. It's always something. It's gone downhill.
September 8, 2016I moved here in 2005, and I live here still. This place was under different management, and the bottom line is they really took care of you. For the first 5 or so years I lived here they made offers that if you signed a 12 to 16 month lease extension, they would not raise your rent. The property was clean, safe and management was friendly. When I moved here in 2005 the appliances in my kitchen were old. I accepted that at the time, and for the years following due to the fact that they did not ...raise my rent. Well, now all that has changed. The property has gone through a couple of management and ownership changes, and the service has gone downhill, but the rent has continued to go up. I could tolerate rent going up if there were improvements to the apartments, but none have happened. I still have the same old appliances I had when I moved in. The management changes so often that you can no longer develop a relationship with the people that work here, so it is poor at best. And unfortunately the petty crime in the area has increased. I have had things stolen off of my deck, such as plants and hanging baskets, and my car has been entered. I don't keep anything of value in my car due to the fact that it has been entered at night. I don't lock it because I don't want my windows busted. It's the chance you take. The one thing I will say is the maintenance folks have always been very good here, and they have always been very prompt and polite, quick to respond when you need them. I hate writing such a negative review, since I remember how good this place used to be when it was Colonial Village at Mill Creek the first years I lived here. Now it's just overpriced and just not worth it. My intentions are to move as soon as I can.
