Water heater is mini so the water is never warm for showering longer than 4-maybe 5 minutes. When I first moved in the floors were filthy, many spiders and bugs inside the apartment the first 2-3 weeks of living here. The closet in a bedroom had wet carpet due to the laundry room on the other side having problems. Walked into the laundry room and there were mushrooms growing outside the bottom of the walls, along with a giant hole in the wall from water damage thus creating a soft wall. The sink ...
has overflowed on multiple occasions because the upstairs apartment sink flooded back into our pipes and sink. The bath tub drain bubbles with old water and rarely ever goes away completely. The overall condition of the apartment is not well kept, it’s pretty old and dingy. It smelled like dust and dirt the first 2 weeks living here as well.
