New tenant this past year 2019-2020 and from summer storm damage they left the hall stairwell complete messed up and taped it off, it has been over ten days now with no repairs and they expect you to make around the back exit because of it. Also, my "new" apartment also already has signs of mold and I have not been here over a year yet like others have said too. We were also told people steal packages and now have to have our stuff mailed to the local post office. What a great place to live! ...
Stay away. Hall ways are gross and dirty and smell really bad. They never paint or fix stuff ever.

THIS PLACE IS A MESS. You have untrustworthy property manager and staff who don't abide by their word, constantly take people to court, have apartments that are not properly kept, lazy workers, trash all over the property, constantly flooding. There is so many problems that I honestly lose track to name everything. Between the bad wiring, constant black mold, dog fecies all over the property, paper thin walls, untrustworthy management and so on. People come and go here like a confused kid jumping ...
from job to job on a constant basis. They ruin people's lives by taking them to court and or evicting them for things they didnt do and then some. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON.

Not Worth it!

I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. They show you a beautiful model apartment and when you go it's horrific. There are no firewalls so you can literally here your neighbors life. The floors creek to a level where you walk and it bothers yourself. The apartments are deteriorating. Theirs dog stool all over the grounds. The laundry area is very disgusting. It's been a horrifying experience for me and my family. Plus they charge you for having pets and annual fee plus a monthly fee. No ...
wonder they always have a move in special because everyone stays for there lease period and evacuates immediately after. My children are literally traumatized living here its a shame such a lovely area & town.
