Perfect/ positive/ Peaceful location
December 22, 2023I have lived in the Mill Springs Park Apartment since 2015. I really love and enjoying in this Apartment. The neighborhood has been so quiet and peaceful for living. The Management team has been great, professional and supportive all the time especially Darren, Derick, Ayshe, Ashley and I would to mention the maintenance team working hard too. Best Apartment Application + Approval Process Ever!
December 8, 2023My partner and I just signed our lease at Mill Springs! This is will be the 6th apartment I have lived in over the course of the last 8 or so years, and WOW I have never experienced such kind, accommodating staff or such an easy, thorough application process. Ashley rocks! We met her on our initial tour a couple months ago, she added us to the waitlist, and was so accommodating when we hoped to move in earlier than initially planned. She kept us in the loop on available units, got us in to tour, ...and was very responsive with all our questions. We are so excited to move in!Property Manager Responded

Location location location
May 2, 2023The location is the main draw to the apartment complex. You are extremely close to downtown Livermore and everything is extremely walk able. That being said, I’m just a few months we have had countless, minor, mid size, and major problems from non working heat to broken appliances. Water isn't a necessity?
June 12, 2020Was told by the staff that running water wasn't a necessity after 2 days of asking for it to be fixed. My electricity only went out about 3-5 times while I lived there and my car parking spot was never taken by the people trying to go to events downtown. But I can't say the same for my neighbors. The location is great, but cars get broken into on the lot in the downtown area next to this complex frequently.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2015The location is amazing. You can walk everywhere from Downtown Livermore and all its restaurants and amenities to Pet Food Express to bathe your dog. Yes, it is pet-friendly and even has treats for the pups in the office. The office staff are friendly, informative, and will even deliver your packages. Oh, and the apartments themselves are great. Well designed, modern, very clean, and lots of outlets for all our modern doo-dads. Despite its downtown location, this is a quiet spot with very ...friendly neighbors.
