This is will be the 6th apartment I have lived in over the course of the last 8 or so years, and WOW I have never experienced such kind, accommodating staff or such an easy, thorough application process. Ashley rocks! We met her on our initial tour a couple months ago, she added us to the waitlist, and was so accommodating when we hoped to move in earlier than initially planned. That being said, I’m just a few months we have had countless, minor, mid size, and major problems from non working heat to broken appliances. June 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comWas told by the staff that running water wasn't a necessity after 2 days of asking for it to be fixed. My electricity only went out about 3-5 times while I lived there and my car parking spot was never taken by the people trying to go to events downtown. But I can't say the same for my neighbors. The location is great, but cars get broken into on the lot in the downtown area next to this complex frequently.Property Manager Responded

Yes, it is pet-friendly and even has treats for the pups in the office. The office staff are friendly, informative, and will even deliver your packages. Oh, and the apartments themselves are great. Well designed, modern, very clean, and lots of outlets for all our modern doo-dads. Despite its downtown location, this is a quiet spot with very ...friendly neighbors.
