We have been here for a year and absolutely love It! Neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Maintenance responds promptly to work orders put in and the front office staff is such a delight! We usually speak to Owen and he is so funny and friendly!

The people here are so nice. Maintenance has been awesome. Staff are so nice too. Nice spacious bedrooms and affordable.
The neighbors are great people at our area. Even offered to help move heavy furniture in. I absolutely love the pool. There are seat to set in in the stair into pool area and it’s so relaxing.

Beautiful property, nice and clean. The pool and gym are nicely updated. The best that apartment living will get. I love how there are sidewalks everywhere to keep walking safe, and the grounds are well kept.

I love my end unit and the office staff is friendly, but I concern myself with the Aesthetics or beautification of the grounds such as the damaged front gate parts in which we no longer have an operating front gate (why not remove all evidence of a gate), lack of adequate mulch or pine straw, the covering of holes near my unit, etc. I'm really big on appearance and taking care of things.
