About Millennium One

Welcome to Millennium One - off-campus apartments and townhomes in Charlotte, North Carolina. We offer fully-furnished studio, 1, 2, and 4 bedroom apartments, and 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhomes. Our pet friendly apartments include private bedrooms, private bathrooms, a modern furniture package featuring queen sized beds, luxury kitchens with granite countertops, large cabinets and stainless steel appliances, full-size washer and dryer, a 50" flat screen HDTV in each living room, wood-style flooring, and so much more! High-speed internet, maintenance, trash and sewer service, and a monthly electricity and water allowance are all included in your monthly rental installment. Located near the UNC Charlotte campus, Millennium One features a variety of premier community amenities including a resort-style pool with cabanas and swim-up lounging deck, hammock lounge, grilling stations, outdoor fire pit, volleyball and basketball courts, outdoor study garden, and a professional fitness center with an Xlab Crossfit section and fluidity bar. Our resident clubhouse features private study rooms, a study lounge with free printing, cyber cafe with complimentary Starbucks, billiards, shuffleboard, and a TV wall.

The apartment was not move-in ready when we got there. Gum under the counters, blood-stained mattress, tears and footprints on the ceilings, and dirty underwear left by previous residents. The apartment looked nothing like the show room. My ceiling flooded my bathroom twice and our washer broke no less than 5 times over the year. The appliances are old and our oven fell apart multiple times. The back gate was working maybe 10% of the time I lived here. The only saving grace is the proximity to ...

the school and the maintenance crew. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The maintenance techie and his boss rocks, great teamwork. The work was hard but the Technician and his Supervisor fixed it after a couple of attempts. Great perseverance from the maintenance team. Keep up the good work! -Ani
