August 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis building is probably the best value for its location, but the maintenance is terrible. Exterior windows are never cleaned, indoor pool has a breathtaking south view of Chicago but has a questionable smell and feel. The majority of the building is occupied by college students.
