    Quick response to no hot water My problem was resolved within a few hours. Eric replaced the thermostat in the water heater. He returned a few hours later to make sure that the water was hot. Great service.

    So far I have loved living here. It’s only been not even a full week and I was welcomed by the neighbors! It feels to me like resort living with all the wonderful amenities and I feel completely safe at night. Definitely will refer my friends here if they need to move.

    Office staff is always friendly and ready to help. Maintenance is very fast in completing a request. Area has multiple options for grocery shopping and other shopping. Restaurants and coffee shops near by. Also, right on the bus line so that's a plus.

    Overall great experience, office management was great as well. Only thing is you can hear kids running up and down the apartment below you or next you in the early mornings

    I am enjoying my stay here. Have been here since April 2024. No issues with appliances or fixtures. Neighbors are friendly and considerate for the most part. It can get noisy but that is because my apartment is close to Mill Plain which gets pretty busy. I wish they had sidewalks throughout the whole property so I could walk my dog without being in the way of cars leaving or parking. But otherwise, I like having all these windows, light and fresh air (when it is not 100 degrees)!
