We’ve faced ongoing health and safety issues in our apartment, including mold and exposure to toxic fumes. Which have affected our well-being and caused financial setbacks. bathe in. Management offered a 2nd floor transfer even while the elevator was out of service, and that unit also had visible mold. Two other units were mentioned but never shown. The constant back-and-forth, medical concerns, and time off work have resulted in real financial and health burdens. Common areas often have trash, pet waste, and strong urine odors. Exterior door key fobs and parking remain unreliable, especially during events. Multiple residents report the same issues—these are ongoing, not isolated, problems that require serious attention. We love the area and that’s why we moved here, but it has been a nightmare living through these unresolved conditions.

I came in to the office at Millennium Waterway last Saturday and was greeted by Heather, I began to explain to her that Fed Ex had delivered a package but we couldn’t locate it and it had been several days. We told her it was something we had ordered for a vacation and we were leaving Monday. She told me to giver her some time but she would do her best to look for it. With in and hour she called me to tell me she had found it. She had gone through ever parcel locker looking for it !!! We were ...

Its truly a great place to live.The location of the apartment is a huge advantage. You are in the vicinity of some very good restaurants,Hotels,Woodlands Mall,HEB, OfFices and Movie theatres. Really everything is just a walking distance. The apartment has all the amenities that you can think of plus the free Starbucks Coffee and cookies are also worth attracting people. Its just to Waterway square where all the major events take place on weekends and in important times of the year like Labor ...

The Millinium on Waterway

The apartment complex is newer and is awesome. The staff is great. Parking is the worst thing that happens here. The "fuel efficient vehicle" parking isn't enforced nor is any other parking. I just park were I want and am never told anything. I wouldn't rent a space if I were you. Walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do. Overall a good place to live.
