Millpond also has a pool and a club house which is very nicely furnished and can be rented out for private parties and there is always a holiday party and a summer BBQ for all of the residents. The community is very friendly. Everyone here always waves or says hello. The staff at Millpond is also extremely friendly and helpful. Any issues are handled immediately. We know we made a great choice choosing Millpond!

Forbes, and at this point in our life, we’ve made exactly the right decision by choosing to remain here for the foreseeable future. The property is immaculately maintained, decorative flowers are seasonally changed, there are outdoor grills available, and our roads are kept well cleared during the winter season. The pool and clubhouse are clean and modern. There are community get-togethers facilitated by management throughout the year. The buildings are kept fully up to code which makes for a very SAFE environment! In summary, for us and our family, Mill Pond is much more than just a layover or a parking spot, it has become our home!

I am very content living here, with no worries for timely snow removal, maintenance, etc. There are two large events each year, June and December that are nicely catered and all residents are invited to meet and greet your neighbors. Also other thoughtful gatherings for Mother's Day and Halloween. Very nice touch.

friendly and always speak which is nice! It's a diverse neighborhood of age and ethnicity. We live on the top floor and we've never heard a sound from our neighbors! The walls seem to be thick enough that no one hears each other, unless someone's yelling REALLY loud. The pool area is very nice; the steps are graduated and there's a small lounge area where you can sunbath and there's a grill. I don't know if it's for the tenants to use, but it's nice that they have it. The Clubhouse is pretty nice as well. There's a computer lab with a few desktops and printers, a sitting den with a nice flat screen panel as well as a kitchenette you can store your drinks and food in for parties. You can rent out the Clubhouse for a small fee which is always nice if you're looking to host a Christmas or Thanksgiving Party! Even a Summer Barbeque party. The Workout room is small, but they have decent machines and weights. A lot of people use the machines regularly and they're always clean. I've never seen any towels or wipes laying around. The land is beautiful in my opinion; they mow the lawn at least once every week (sometimes two weeks depending on the weather) and the flowers are beautiful as well. My only complaint is that there's a lot of tree ticks, especially where the dog waste basket is. They treat the land twice a year, but I don't know if they've ever treated the trees before. Our dog gets at least 3 a year and I've had one tick on me. However, I've never seen a deer tick on us or our dog so that's a plus! We don't have a deer problem over on this side of town, when we lived off of Colonial Ave, there's a MAJOR deer problem so it's nice not having to worry about that anymore. I'd say that if you have the money to afford this apartment complex, you're getting your money's worth.
