Place looks NOTHING like photos

It's a place to live
August 21, 2024Don't be fooled by the pictures, there are two pools and neither have worked the two years I've lived here. Yes, there is new management but they seemed to be more focused on their property insurance going down by tearing out a bunch of trees and bushes in front of the buildings and putting on new roofs (from which I got a nail in my tire) instead of getting the facilities open that most of us moved here for. Also all the photos show plenty of ceiling fans, my apartment does not have any. When ...people move out they just slap a coat of flat paint over everything...including the bathtub and fixtures, it looks terrible and bubbles on the tile and my bedroom door doesn't lock because of paint in it. All the garages are used by maintenance to store appliances and there are random people coming and going all the time getting things out of them. If I knew I could just go grab a washer & dryer out of the garage, I could've saved $1000, but I'm assuming that's not on the up and up. TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
December 5, 2023Filthy entrance ways, over run trash, cramped parking. Bathroom not up to dated since the 80s. Peeling paint in tub and bathroom walls. Rooms too small for a Queen bed dresser and nite stand. Totally disappointed not renewing the lease visit before paying that $250 application fee. TERRIBLE
November 24, 2023I've lived here for less than 5 months and already wanting to move. There is bugs all over my apartment and now I've been seeing mice in my BEDROOM. I have contacted the office almost every month to get sprayed for the bugs and it has only actually happened one time. My shower was broken for over a week before I was able to use it again The office people do not even pretend like they care about the residents, they strictly only care about their paycheck. and the pool is often times out of ...order. Never move here!!!!
April 13, 2023Do not move here I have been a resident since June 2022 and nothing has ever worked in this apartment. When I moved in nothing was clean or working at all, multiple maintenance request have been put in but nothing gets fixed, the tickets just disappear and worked on. My AC has only worked for about 2 weeks collectively since I moved in and my apartment is above 80 degrees any time weather is warm. There is mold in the bathroom since the apartment above has been leaking into ours and it still has ...not been repaired for months now. Please learn from me and never move here. Also even when you call management never answers the calls or get return calls..... if I could give no stars I would this is unbelievable what I have been put through here.Property Manager Responded

Potential to Be Great
November 13, 2020The only reason why I am giving it five stars breaks down to many things. I moved up here October of last year and moved to my own place February of this year I believe. Flooding, Black Mold, Hostile Office, Against Handicapped People
September 3, 2020Flooded six times in two years. Office had my car towed from handicapped spot (I'm handicapped) because I complained about flooding. Black mold and red mold. Ended up at hospital. Staff refused to answer phone or allow people in office most of the two years. Nightmare. Would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartment
May 15, 2019Love the apartment itself. The updates throughout are really good for the price we pay in this area. Some of the neighbors aren't my favorite people but I don't hear much from them. The office staff is very friendly and they always help us whenever we have questions. The clubhouse is the best that we toured and is really a lot of the reason that we leased here. There are two pools, a great workout room, and a movie theater. Have yet to use the movie theater and the indoor pool opens this week so ...we are really excited to get to use these things. September 7, 2018The management is horrible.... not just the old... but the new management they have today! The don’t enforce parking spots... don’t do anything about noise complaints!! Do NOT rent apartment 1303.... it’s under an old man and he stomps, drops his Cain, slams cabinets, plays music loud all times of the day and night!! August 13, 2018The staff treated us like family from the first time we toured the property! Miss Leslie was very friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to utilize that nice clubhouse with mini movie theater upstairs!!! Come on football season lol.Review from Apartments.com
