Beware of Glendale

I have a mixed review of Milpine Gardens. When Milpine was owned by Mercier, it was a wonderful place to rent with a rental agent right at the office. The rental agent was very friendly and cared about each of her tenants and made sure they were happy. They were recently bought out by Glendale and things are not so nice now. The office is off site and they have many apartments so they don’t know their tenants. They still fix things right away which is good. They also send nasty notes when ...

your neighbor complains that you walk down the stairs too loud at 7am. During the time I lived there, every year, they sent me a statement saying I had to claim the interest on my security deposit as income, but then when I moved out, they withheld the interest. I did get most of my security deposit back though.

Not a good place to rent

I do not recommend this rental property to anyone. They are a reality company that is not local , all they truly care about is the money and adding extra fees when ever possible. Staff is unprofessional. Apartments are over priced for there age and lack of improvements to property. Not a family friendly community.Agian I do not recommend renting from Milpine gardens or Merceir realty.

Horrible place to live. I recommend anywhere but here. Money hungry real estate company with endless amounts of additional charges onto the rent
