Lazy Manager

Manager and his wife are lazy and never fix anything. Last summer I had to be 3 weeks without a working air conditioner. The manager blamed the guys who came out to install the new air conditioner. I asked the guy when he came out to install the new air conditioner. He said the manager put in the ticket with the management company for a new air conditioner 2 days ago. I ask the manager for the Property Management's phone number or mailing address and he won't give it. Our bathroom sink is ...

leaking and they don't fix that. Our medicine cabinet is all rusted and the manager won't replace it even though the maintenance guy took a pic and showed the manager.
