July 14, 2023For an older building, this community is great. What they offer inside the Apartments is excellent for price. Granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, ceiling fans and modern bathroom mirrors. Can't forget the flooring, beautiful wood plank flooring. Definitely up to date with what's in style now. Manager Marissa is very knowledgeable and kind. She follows up with any question I may have and helped the application process be smooth. The maintenance tech, Jose is also very kind and very very ...quick to get any concern or issue I have taken care of. Crime Ridden Apartments
June 2, 2017Ming Garden Apartments is located next a low-income neighborhood which is riddled with crime and poverty. These vagrants regularly enter the property, which contains no fence or gate, and destroy/vandalize/rob tenants. During my stay at Ming Garden Apartments, there have been several assaults, countless break-ins (apartment and car), and multiple counts of vandalism of the office. Management is poor and will not tell you the truth or share any information regarding crimes that have been ...committed. They are difficult to work. The pool has been closed due to sanitation issues. The washing machines are often broke and they themselves have been stolen on more than one occasion. Sirens can be heard throughout the night as ambulances drive on Ming Ave. There have been no attempts to improve security. They are fixing some of the apartments by adding granite counters but this will not solve the issues that face this place. The only appeal is the cheap rent, which has increased multiple times over the past two years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pretty average
August 17, 2015These apartments are pretty decent. Management is good but they don't like to tell you the truth. Once their office got broken into and they told the residence that nothing was stolen but the guy who fixed stuff told my neighbors the thieves took sensitive information. There are apartments that get broken into. Good news is they are remodeling the apartments so they will be nicer later.Review from Apartments.com
