Beautiful, but overpriced

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment. Everyone who visited loved my place. I was there for many years and I felt bad for people trying to move here during Covid because they were paying almost $500 more than me. This place has skyrocketed in costs and we don’t have amenities such as a pool, clubhouse or anything like these newer apartments. So why the high costs? Also, when you live here for atleast 3 or 4 years, they won’t charge you for carpet or wall cleaning from your deposit as it’s ...
considered normal wear and tear….HOWEVER, you WILL NOT see a dime of that deposit because they will make up expensive move out charges for other things and you will have to STILL come out of pocket for an already overpriced place of living. Nonetheless, I loved it here and they were attentive with maintenance needs, but in the end expect to pay nearly $500 more to move out on top of the already kept deposit.
