I would love to have the gate fixed in the front. It has been out of order the whole time I've lived here. Having to deal with a third party for laundry issues is not ideal, same with the feral cat problem and lack of ventilation in the hallways.

I have a situation with my water in the bathroom but it was quickly handled & for that I can say I’ve had a great experience. I love how quiet and safe the area is & I’m inlove with my newly renovated apartment. The model apartment is a lie, ask to see an open apartment to get an accurate view of what you are getting when you lease. I lived there for two years and the property owners and managers don't care about the tenants. There are rice, mice (which brought a flea infestation), ant, and roach problems. The laundry room has 12 washers; less than half work and have been that way since I lived there. Most of the dryers don't work either. When I told them I had rodent problems they just said "they'll ...
put me on the list" and never did anything about it. You have to pay monthly for pest control, but can't get service when there is a problem. The maintenance guy is really great though, that's the only plus.

It’s all right no grounded outlets though. The office staff is great especially compared to other places I’ve lived and they respond quickly to work orders.

Everyone has been so helpful. Got every maintenance report taken care of quick. I love my neighbors! The neighborhood is in the school zones my kids need. Huntsville Junior High School and Huntsville High.

My first night staying here and it's very peaceful. My neighbor greeted me very friendly. I'm liking it so far. Management is very nice also and has a sense of humor.

I love my apartment. It’s already one year being here. Feels like a home. We are going to renew for the next year too. All the staffs are nice and professional.If any problem arise, they fix it as soon as possible. Neighbors are good too.

Ever since Lincoln has taken over the property, things have gone down hill. They have stated that the property was going to be renovated, the only thing that has happened in my building since I was told this at the beginning of the year is that the interior of my building was very poorly repainted, unit numbers were taken off the walls, and two new lights were installed. Rent went up over $200 at the beginning of the year. The valet trash service changed and no longer supplies replacement trash ...
bags (only a small complaint). The mostly new management team comes off very unprofessional, all of the very few emails they send out have at least one glaring grammatical error. I was told at the beginning of the year that we would be getting new cabinets and stainless steel appliances this year, which has yet to happen as of November. In my building specifically, there are residents who sit outside on the steps into the building and drinks alcohol or plays loud music.

The apartments themselves are very nice, especially for the price. The community could use some improvement. People speed through the community, drifting around corners in their vehicles posing a risk to others in the community. Notifying office of unruly tenants with parties until 3-4 in the morning, who vacuum after midnight and play music loudly all night - does no good. There’s no bus stop for school age children in the community itself, and you will have to drive your children down bob ...
wallace to the next stop light in order for them to be able to go to school safely and live here. The breed restriction list for dogs is not followed at all, the gate to the community doesn’t actually work, and people occasionally wander through the community flipping over door mats looking for house keys. If you’re looking for peace, it’s not here. If you’re looking for decently priced and surprisingly spacious units, look no further.
