February 6, 2023Be sure to read the entire lease agreement. We ended up paying an additional 140$ in rent, because they don't advertise the fact the you pay for sewage, trash, and water. Management is rarely in the office. Be ready to wait a bit for maintenance. Zero guest parking. My boyfriend and I had to take turns parking at the park and ride down the street.Review from Apartments.com
