June 3, 2025So far this complex has exceeded my expectations. Everyone is friendly and the Aparments always keep us in the know whenever anything is going on. They care about making this place look nice and that if there is anything we need, they accomodate us. Maintenance is good and I feel like it's always prompt too. February 29, 2024Apartment I moved into wasn’t as nice as the apartment I was showed. Put in a request for all the things i needed fixed when I first moved in and they didn’t fix anything except cleaning. Girls in the office are okay just sometimes rude. Also it’s always hard to get ahold of someone in the office. Maintenance guys are good but need to work on notifications and cleaning- they could’ve at least let me know about the glass on the floor so i could cleanProperty Manager Responded

Run quick run fast.
June 30, 2023Roaches are in EVERY APARTMENT. Mangers will not treat them aggressively. They don’t believe it’s that big of a deal. Even though most residents have small children. I’ve never lived in a more disgusting apartment in my life. Everything is blamed on 3rd party vendors. So good luck complaining or reporting something. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The just walk or ride around pretending to pick up trash. So run quick run fast.Property Manager Responded
