February 16, 2019Three years here and the office never ever answers calls or emails. But they will be quick to fine you or tow a visitors car with no hesitation. I never had guest my whole time here. But the gate process is a night mare. And then when i met a woman who owned her own home but slept over mine often since we started a serious relationship at the end of my lease they forced me to add her on my lease, ( could be a disatser ) and turned all my fobs and entrance off.to get in my home. I over pay my rent ...on time. Why do they expect and intrude on everyone but don't live up to.thwor own standard.think i am lying just read reviews on every listing they have. I can't wait for my lease to be up. Also it shares a fence with the most criminal , death reports, drug and prostitute hotel tags in the papers weekly , and they rent out to married couples from the islands who wind up with , 17 and 18 years old.kids and the smell of drugs on a Friday night could get you buzzed. January 18, 2018I have lived in this community for 2 years, the Management Team is the best and looks after each RESIDENT. This is a place where you are 1 block away from the beach and 2 miles from Atlantic Avenue. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE LOCATION and is GATED.Review from Apartments.com

August 4, 2016If it wasn't for my awesome landlord on the PRIVATELY owned condo I rent, I would not live here. The management changes constantly and gets worse every time. I'm on my fourth year here. And like the other reviews the office DOES NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS AND EMAILS. And the real kicker...they had my LICENSED AND INSURED car towed away claiming it was an "abandoned car" and "never received" any of my phone calls or email, when..I was in the office, the voicemail was clearly being checked!!!!!!! ...The complex also lacks guest parking spots --- they sure do love their citation stickers --STAY AWAY.
