These are literally the worst apartments I have moved in, I am sweating as I wrote this in my apartment. My a/c has not worked in over a month and I am sick of complaining about my air, they gave me a window unit for less than 24 hours and took it because someone else needed it. I live on the third floor and pay the most rent and my a/c does not work even the maintenance guy said my apartment is the hottest because I’m on the third floor, my toddler lives with me and they have not fixed anything ...
but want you to pay rent DO NOT MOVE HERE

I will say this, I have never experienced the quality of service from any Management team from other Apartments Complexes here in Texas, both Manager & Assistant Manager are very helpful and attentive, I was living out of the US and my transition back to the US was difficult and adjusting back to my lifestyle here in Houston Tx, it was not easy, the Managment bent over backwards to help me with my transition and now I am comfortable in my one bedroom apartment. Do not rent here i regret moving here

I have been here for a month and I have been having problems with a/c ,bugs problem, and I have been received excuses after excuses . It's more cool outside then in the apartment. I am trying to get out of my lease is. I give them over 2months notice. The day I was moving in their wanted me to wait 2 hours before moving in.. It's was too much. I see why every day I see people moving out and complaining at the mailbox.. I regret moving here..

Great apartments

My 1st apartments, and I love them. I moved in with my wife and be both enjoy them. My lease will expire in a few months and I'm more than likely staying here. Fast maintenance and the staff are nice. I would recommend anyone to move here.
