WOW you will be sorry
October 21, 2021Wow lived here two long pain stacking years. They do absolutely no maintenance any where took over one and half years for a light bulb to be changed. Not to mention the painful time it takes them to do a turn over months up to seven months of noise and if you call to complain you'll get they are allowed to work from 8 to 4 wearing hard soled boots on all tile floors what a joke this place is basically a dilapidated dump still stuck in the 60s when it was built. The frigs and stoves are at least ...20 years old or more we went through several ovens they kept insisting was good working finally offered to buy my own but would not let me. Again if your disparate please keep looking. Was told they never raise the rent but they raised it 11% when I asked why was told the lawyer said they could raise it 9.1 by law but they still did 11% like I can't do math or something. Offers car port parking where you will be robbed several people here more then once . Very poor management the one living it that apt. says she is just the cleaning lady. Had to call police several times for disturbances out side my bedroom window past 12:00 pm load music load taking so much so that got to the point I could not even open the junk windows for air anytime.
