May 12, 2025What I enjoy most about living in this area is the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The trees and landscaping create a beautiful, calming ambiance that really enhances the scenery. It’s also incredibly convenient—you can easily access the 60, 215, and 91 freeways, and there’s a convenience store right across the street. There are two grocery stores nearby, along with plenty of dining options and more. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient, and the front office staff is truly ...amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. Dishonest - Avoid at All Costs
March 14, 2025The Mission Grove Park Apartments will not return your security deposit once you bid farewell. I wish I had read the reviews by others who pointed this out because I found myself in the same position. I left my apartment cleaner than the condition in which I received it. I had no pets, children, never hung anything on the walls. I was a model tenant. But sure enough, it’s their “standard policy” to keep your security deposit. Avoid this place at all costs or accept that your security deposit is ...staying with them.Property Manager Responded
