The trees and landscaping create a beautiful, calming ambiance that really enhances the scenery. It’s also incredibly convenient—you can easily access the 60, 215, and 91 freeways, and there’s a convenience store right across the street. There are two grocery stores nearby, along with plenty of dining options and more. I wish I had read the reviews by others who pointed this out because I found myself in the same position. I left my apartment cleaner than the condition in which I received it. I had no pets, children, never hung anything on the walls. I was a model tenant. But sure enough, it’s their “standard policy” to keep your security deposit.
