Nice location, great leasing staff
December 16, 2022I’ve been here for just under two years and have been very happy with the experience. Franklin is a really nice area. It’s a quiet area but has convenient access to anywhere you need to go. The leasing staff is great! Zakk has been super nice and accommodating. He, Brandy, and Trey are always super nice and helpful! Great location and friendly people
April 28, 2022When I was looking for an apartment, I was able to move in within a week of touring the apartment complex. Everyone was extremely helpful with the whole process. Better than expected
November 9, 2021Have been here a few years - and the office management keeps getting better and better. Our current up front staff Justin and Zakk - listen well, take action on any complaints/issues and are always welcoming. I have noticed since Zakk stepped in there is more community events and communication to residents. Upkeep of the grounds is excellent, maintenance is completed within a few days. The apartments are large, amazing walk in closets. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Sometimes can hear ...neighbors and there is no way to regulate the heat - which gets so hot often in the winter and have windows open.Property Manager Responded
