March 9, 2026Was looking for a 2bd, 2bath for my sister and I and we weren’t seeing any good options in our area. We stumbled upon Mission Terrace and we decided to talk and we are so happy we did. The service here was very friendly and accommodating. They listened to us and worked with us and gave us a great deal! Seeing the apartment made it even better because it was really nice and spacious! Apartments are so spacious and the location is the best EVER, you have access to the expressway 83 so easily specially for people that work and want to get to their jobs quickly. March 7, 2022They raise the rent 200 dls more, and now they charge for water, trash, cable, pest control, and the stove and dishwasher are from 2006. Go and find better and newer apartments for that price, not worth it!Review from Apartments.com
