Despite some residents not picking up after their dogs—which can be frustrating—the maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping the property as clean and pleasant as possible. I especially want to recognize the maintenance crew—they’re truly outstanding. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded quickly, worked efficiently, and handled ...repairs with professionalism and care. June 3, 2025So many spiders constantly and I don’t think they have the outside treated “every Friday” like the leasing office claimed, I’ve had issues with my garage door opener but when I ask for a replacement maintenance just tells me that it’s working fine but remains finicky, the outside isn’t cleaned well of spider webs or the street swept, and I’ve been over a year since they claimed the pool furniture would be replaced as they’re a disgusting old and rusted brown.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024My girlfriend and I were driving by Missions at Sunbow for over a year dreaming of moving in together to a place like this. Once we got in, it has been everything we’ve imagined. The place upon arrival was cleaned almost brand new. The appliances although not brand new are still in great working condition and look just as nice as well. From Maintenance to Trash pick up and even the great staff in the office! Everyone is so kind and so helpful. I’m so glad we picked this place to live. We toured ...this place and knew this is where we wanted to be. It’s got an amazing community where you will feel safe to take a walk around at any time of day!!
