Poor management
February 29, 2016I'm a former renter here with 3 kids. The property manager works for Sioux Falls, they make the decisions & she follows command. They're rude, intolerant and so disrespectful. They clearly don't care about their tenants, turnover is ridiculous and there have been at least 3 onsite managers leave in the past 2 years due to the actions of Sioux Falls. I can't count the number of times i was 'written up' for my kids being kids....no chalk, no toys left outside (including bikes) they never replaced ...the swing set they just turned it into a terribly maintained sandbox. My utilities were ridiculously high I paid more for 3 bedrooms than my sister did for her house!! Unless you're desperate look into other possibilities.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
