The apartment management is very terrible they treat their residents like trash. No respect at all for residents, because of management a lot of people are moving out. No one answers the phone in office so you have to go in, in person just to be talked to like your not human. The management is starting to let anyone move in to the apartment complex. It’s always dirty and no one even tries to accommodate residents. This is not a good place to live at all, please I repeat do not come to live here. ...
I have medical issues and still get treated like I do not matter and other residents are saying the same.

BAD property is understatement

Do not let the 4 & 5 star reviews fool you. This is a zero star property that does a fantastic job at allowing domestic disturbances and vandalism. Neighbors are rude and behave like it's a prison yard but that is par for the course due to the amount of felons that reside here. Like most american property management companies they have transparency issues by falsely claiming to call the so called courtesy officer for after hours noise disturbances and as all of us are aware courtesy officers ...
don't exist. This is a tactic employed by american property management companies to create the illusion that they address noise disturbances when we all know they don't. Additionally instead of addressing meth head neighbors that keep you up all night the property management shifts their responsibility on to the victimized resident by recommending nonsense like putting a carpet down in order to mitigate the neighbors all night party nonsense. And don't let the positive reviews fool you. Some of them are written by friends and family of the management company in an attempt to cover the ongoing issues. If you are looking for a place to sleep at night than mistletoe Station is NOT where you want to be. However if you are into all night parties and sleep during the day and looking for a place to party than welcome home. Office NEVER answers or return calls
January 23, 2021
I have called this office repeatedly at different times on different days and left messages. No one answers or returns calls. Then the website says open on Saturday but when I get there it says open by appointment only. YOU CAN'T EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF NO ONE ANSWERS!! This is bad business and poor customer service.

Great Location

The kitchen is is by far the best part of the place.... granite countertops and island kitchen. Also, Sascha the manager has been great through the moving process. It’s close to everything and nearby work.

No Quiteness Here

Beautiful individual apartments and well kept grounds. Staff is polite, courteous, and helpful. Staff can only do so much apparently in regards to overly loud neighbors. Faux wood floors are gorgeous however concrete serves as noise enhancer in lieu of noise dampener especially without an under lament.

Please be sure to call us if it occurs during business hours so that we can address any noise when we hear it. Also, if it's after hours and there is extreme noise you can always file a noise complaint with local authorities if it is an excessive disturbance. Might we also suggest putting more rugs down in the faux wood areas like the kitchen and the living room- this might help to mitigate some of that noise.
