Disgruntled Tenant
August 30, 2015The only good thing I can say about this property is that it's affordable. I've been a resident of Misty Pines for 2 years and I couldn't be more disappointed. First, it should not take over 12 months for maintanance to be performed. There has been a water damage spot on my ceiling downstairs for over a year and yet nothing has been done about it. My row of apartments are constantly being flooded by backed-up sewage. Since I've been a resident, it has happened twice. DISGUSTING and a HEALTH ...HAZARD! The rental office has no sense of urgency. I'm currently in the process of finding another apartment/property because I cannot take this nonsense much longer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
