Nice, Clean and Simple
January 22, 2020I live here. The complex is a clean well kept complex; the lawn and plants are well manicured. Gardeners every week. The pool is very clean and has a pool guy there every week. It is always a plus when you have an attentive land lord that is onsite and works with you to get things fixed. Seriously, IT IS THE NUMBER ONE SELLING POINT WHEN THE LANDLORD IS ATTENTIVE AND NOT A JERK!!!. So, thank you Fernando! Yes, parking is problem, but you get a garage! Sorry, if all the other apartments have ...multiple family members in a 1 bedroom, and they have cars. Of course there won't be any parking. But again, that's why you have a garage!.. Besides, your not living in Irvine. So far, I love it here and the neighbors are cool. Lastly, there are no cockroaches!!!! LOL.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

No parking
October 9, 2018Several tenants are forced to park across the streets. But not an issue. We can leave our trash on the curb whole we walk back home. Heck, it also gives us time to add graffiti along the way.Review from Apartments.com
