Enjoyed living at Mistyvale. Very well kept property inside and out. Love the garage and space for storage. Pool well kept and gated especially for our little one. Managers are very tentative in what is needed. Friendly and Professional.

Clean apartment complex! Also the on site manager is very helpful and nice when it comes to their residents! Parking is included with a garage for each tenant.

I live here. The complex is a clean well kept complex; the lawn and plants are well manicured. Gardeners every week. The pool is very clean and has a pool guy there every week. It is always a plus when you have an attentive land lord that is onsite and works with you to get things fixed. Seriously, IT IS THE NUMBER ONE SELLING POINT WHEN THE LANDLORD IS ATTENTIVE AND NOT A JERK!!!. So, thank you Fernando! Yes, parking is problem, but you get a garage! Sorry, if all the other apartments have ...

multiple family members in a 1 bedroom, and they have cars. Of course there won't be any parking. But again, that's why you have a garage!.. Besides, your not living in Irvine. So far, I love it here and the neighbors are cool. Lastly, there are no cockroaches!!!! LOL.

Several tenants are forced to park across the streets. But not an issue. We can leave our trash on the curb whole we walk back home. Heck, it also gives us time to add graffiti along the way.
