I moved here 14 months ago, and the structural noise from the upstairs apartment has made life unbearable. Despite showing management videos, they promised repairs and even offered an upstairs transfer without extra fees—but never delivered. Only minimal work was done, the noise continues, and the upstairs unit was rented to someone else.

Now, all communication is cut off, and their “Choice of Damage” option forces a $5,000 penalty just to leave. Extreme noise is not “normal,” and this apartment has caused us unnecessary stress and frustration.

Mizner has been part of this community for over 40 years, and while the buildings are wood-frame construction—which can naturally result in some level of noise—many of our long-term residents choose to remain because of the convenience of the area and the dedication of our team.
