July 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comQuiet, friendly, affordable ... This complex has those qualities and many more. Designed as single level brick fourplexes, there are no loud neighbors above or below to worry about. Each apartment is just about 550 square feet spread over two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's definitely cozy. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Just over a mile from ASU's Tempe Campus, this is the perfect place for a student. There are a few improvements that could be made, though. The ...kitchen is small and cramped with dated appliances. There is little to no counter space. The toilet clogs often, but is easily fixed. Overall, this is an affordable place in a safe neighborhood.Read More
