July 14, 2018Life has complications. Mockingbird Palms is a refuge where your apartment is cared for by a responsive team. The grounds are well maintained and the area is very quiet.Review from Apartments.com
Not bad ... But could be better
July 21, 2015Quiet, friendly, affordable ... This complex has those qualities and many more. Designed as single level brick fourplexes, there are no loud neighbors above or below to worry about. Each apartment is just about 550 square feet spread over two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's definitely cozy. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Just over a mile from ASU's Tempe Campus, this is the perfect place for a student. There are a few improvements that could be made, though. The ...kitchen is small and cramped with dated appliances. There is little to no counter space. The toilet clogs often, but is easily fixed. Overall, this is an affordable place in a safe neighborhood.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
