Perfect location
September 30, 2025I’ve lived at Moda Highland for a little over two years and I love it! The location is the perfect proximity to the millcreek commons and Sugarhouse areas. The townhomes are spacious and have great natural light, and the garages are great for storage. I’ve never heard my neighbors through the walls. Maintenance has always been very helpful and responsive when needed. Highly recommended!Review from Apartments.com
