Unfortunately would not recommend this property and will not be renewing my lease after a year. Parking garage door worked for maybe 3 months out of the last year, has been opened the rest of the time with an empty security car stationed at the entrance. Cars have been vandalized and stolen. Pool and hot tub were not usable through the winter, and you have to fight for a spot on the weekends because of people partying. Only elevator in one corner of the building is shut down very often due to ...
maintenance or move-ins; I’ve had to walk all the way around the building by myself late after work many times. Leasing agents in the lobby don’t interact with residents and come off dismissive when approached. Overall just an underwhelming experience for the high rent charged as someone who works in the property management industry.
